Create Order from Quote

1. Navigate to the Menu as per the screen shot :

2. Select New Order for Quote

2 Here you can type a customer name in the search box and all their quotes will be displayed

3. Select the Quote you are after and click OK

LQ will ask for the Order No and the Required by date . Please enter them and create the Order .

4.The Order is now created and if features the data that cam from the Quote . The line items Details and Qty can be modified at this stage if they are different from the quoted one.

5. When you are satisfied that all line items are correct . Select Create Jobs from the CO Menu
