Sign On Delivery

This menu option allows the recording of an actual signature for a given delivery. You require a device capable of recording free motion on screen like a touch-screen or a stylus enabled PC.

1. Navigate to the top Menu and select : Customers & Orders > Orders > Sign Customer Order

2.Select Customer for which you would like to deliver and order

3. Select the order that you would like to deliver from the displayed list . Only orders for the selected customer which are completed and not delivered will be shown here.

4.Sign in the space provided . Your computer requires java installed for this applet to function. You could also enter delivery comments here. Click on Submit signature. Select Save.

5. Confirmation Screen. Select OK to confirm the delivery .

6. Customer Order records now permanently the time and date of delivery including the actual signature. If your customer has access online to their records they will be able to view this proof of delivery.
