We are experiencing server issues with the QuoteFab server which can prevent users from establishing a connection between QuoteFab and LaserQuote or RanFab. We are in contact with the hosting company and are working on resolving the problem which seems to have started a number of hours ago. We will update this post as soon as a solution will be made available.
For users affected that need access to QF offline we have prepared a temporary solution which will be accessible from within the support portal.The server issue has now been resolved. All functionality should have returned to normal. Measures have been added to prevent this type of communication issue.
